OUR TEAM
Our Leadership
ICOC Atlanta operates under a collaborative leadership model designed to provide spiritual oversight and practical care for our entire church family. Our Senior Pastor provides the primary vision and biblical teaching for the congregation, supported closely by our Associate Pastor in daily ministry operations and pastoral care. Spiritual wisdom and governance are provided by our Church Elders, who serve as guardians of our mission and faith. This core team is further strengthened by dedicated Church Leaders who oversee our various ministry groups—including youth, women, men, and outreach—ensuring that every “piece of the puzzle” receives personalized support and opportunities to grow. Together, this leadership structure works in harmony to equip our members for service and to fulfill the Great Commission.
